If you did not receive one of your daily emails, it means it likely went into your SPAM folder or some other location in your email platform. It’s also possible your email provider could be blocking them. This is not something we can fix from our side.
- The good news is the email reminders are not necessary. You can just login directly at https://members.joychallenge.com to access your latest lesson.
If you still want to get the emails anyway, you will need to contact your email provider and ask for their help so you can receive email from “coach@joychallenge.com”.
